Well, I'd like to ask as to how skins are created. I've noticed that the skin editor in the game just edits colors and stuff with only the head part's polygons editable to change form.
Do people use some other program to create those skins like Gundam skins or those with non-human forms? Or do they change the head part's polygons to fit the whole body, but then... would the head part move along with the hands and feet if ever they are to cover the body? I don't understand how they make the skins with thin legs either if it's just the polygon edited head part that's covering the entire body.
Can someone please help me? The help is much appreciated.

Those Gundam-Parts are from japan and those Bodyparts just arent released in the US-version yet.
Other than that, Its possible to modify the hair to add certain changes to clothes but only head, shoulders, breast and back can be custumized doing that, since the center of movement will still be the head, and every emote would just screw the whole model up, if you add something to the legs a.e.
Thank you sir, I'm currently using the JP server to create some skins and would transfer them to the English server once I'm done. I believe that method is valid right? They have the same file types after all.
